Today we share a recipe for a super healthy treat that the little ones love!! Put a few squares in their lunchbox for school!

Add a handful of soaked raw organic almonds in your mixer.

Grind to a fine powder.

Add in the mixer (all together):

  • 1/2 cup of shredded raw coconut
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 2 tbsp of powder spirulina
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of agave
  • 2 tbsp of Flax seed meal

If your mixer is having a hard time to mix everything together, add 2 tbsp of water

Spread the mixture out on a Paraflexx paper/ parchment paper, score 2” X 2” squares and place in dehydrator at 115°F 2 to 4 hours (OR oven) on the lowest setting.

The longer you dehydrate, the crunchier the squares…

Did you know that

Spirulina is very good for you if you suffer from eczema, thanks to the high level of GLA ( Gamma-linolenic Acid)
